Dear athletes, 
 
As you all have realised certain facts have changed in the World of sports. The procedures for (declarations, reservations and payment) have become more stringent. Therefore please understand that an invalid registration entry form from now on, will disqualify you from the games you wish to participate. For this reason the following needs to be followed in order to avoid any problems: 
 
1. Entries and payment need to made at least 3 days prior to the deadline set by the federation.
2. Bookings for  travel and accommodation for events such as (World Masters and European Championships), need to be finalised 4 months prior to the games, so we can get better prices and better accommodation. Balkan games bookings need to be completed 45days prior to the games.
3. Athletes participating in the World, European and Balkan championships are obliged to to wear the sport uniform showing the Great Seal of our country. In in the last World Championships in Italy athletes were disqualified for not wearing the proper uniform showing the country they were representing.
 
We all need to help each other if we want better services. By following the abovementioned rules will be able to avoid problems such as the ones we faced prior and during the World Championships in Italy. and this will help Greece climbing even higher in the World scene of sport and by the Veteranismou.
 
We all know the great values Greece has provided the world at large in sporting and public life. We, as its sporting representatives we need to continue to participate and represent our country in events all around the world by adhering to and promoting these great values and ethos.
