There is a change in the Program.

1) The 800m and 400m races have been swapped.  That is the 400m is now moved to the 1st day & the 800m to the 2nd day in their respective timeslots.

2) 5000m walk for M60+ (16:30) and  5000m walk for W30+ (7:30am) will be held concurrently at 7:30am the 1st day
