INVITATION by BAVACS2012

Dear friends in sports,

On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure to invite you and the other athletes from the Balkan Countries to join us in Izmir for BAVACS 2012 Championship which will be held on the date of 21-23 September 2012. Please find the attachment program and technical regulation. After technical meeting, BAVA Committee will have a meeting and BAVA Council will be elected so please provide recommendations and the names of two delegates of each country no later than 01 Sep 2012. The agenda will be e-mailed soon.

Izmir will host BAVACS for the third time. Hosting an event of this magnitude is a tremendous honor and responsibility for our city and country. We will take every possibilities to make it a memorable experience for all participants. As you aware, Izmir is famous for many things. We have enough to offer excellent restaurants, hotels and entertainment etc. We are also close to such world class destination as Virgin Mary House, Bergama (Pergamum or Pergamon) and ruins of 12 Ionian cities such as Miletus, Myus, Priene, Samos, Ephesus, Colophon , Lebedos, Teos, Erythrae, Chios , Clozomenae and Phocaea.

Please join us in Izmir , You will be glad you did when you remember it in the future.
